By exerting a little pressure on the safety guard as you are ready for the cut to be made, the blade protrudes and makes the cut for you.

Once the cut has been made and you relax your pressure, the blade automatically retract for extra safety.

The Heavy Duty Safety Tape Dispenser is for use with 50mm width polypropylene or vinyl tapes.
